The HRW Automation
GmbH had been audited by the company CeATec for programming the automation and visualization of the tubular cooler, from the high-grade steel foundry Breitenfeld AG. In particular, it is task to cool the existing amount of air which is about 70 000m³/h from 480°C down to 120°C.
This is done through 8 pieces axial ventilators (8x30kW). The speed regulation of the ventilators is driven by PID-controllers. The frequency converters receive their data via profibus.
The sawing machine AKS2000 is used to cut insulating profiles for passive house windows to measure. The profile parameters can be stored in the controller.
The positioning of the Styrofoam pieces is made automatically.
The control of the system is taken over by an Festo FED-500.
Communication with the motor controller CMMS-ST takes place via CAN bus.
The band saw system is part of the complex production facility for innovative massive timber-lightweight boards of Dendrolight Latvija GmbH in Latvia.
The project involved PLC- and HMI-programming, electrical planning, construction of the switchgear and also cabling and commissioning on site in Latvia by HRW Automation GmbH.
The automated drilling system ABA2500-LC drills automated holes in several plastic pipes or profiles with a maximum length of 2,5m
(such as pipe distributor or grates).
The necessary profile- and drillparameter can be saved in the controlling. The drilling process then runs with this parameters automated.
The adjustable work piece-parameter can be free positioned over the whole processing path. To switch to another pipe or profile just the admissions have to be changed.
The automated drilling system ABA 6000 drills holes in prescribed grids in several profiles with a maximum length of 6m.
The necessary profileparameter can be saved in the controlling.
The positioning runs automated.
Modernization (so-called Retrofit) of a so far mechanical and over supports controlled turning machine, for the machining of trapezoidal spindels with a wholesome NC-control.
The HRW Automation GmbH had been audited by the company CeATec for programming the automation and visualization of the dust extraction unit from the high-grade steel foundry Breitenfeld AG.
Reconstruction or new construction of several process air controls on printing machines of a notable Austrian large printing plant.
During the printing process it is important, that solvent content and process air pressure fit perfectly. This is arranged by various precisely coordinated PID-controllers, which are influenced by pressure and temprature sensors.
The networking of the process air-CPU to the frequency converter, the machine and to the HMI-system is supplied directly via Ethernet.
